Briars Hut is a newly hand-built shepherd's hut in the heart of the Norfolk countryside and provides stylish, self-catering accommodation.
There are accessibility features of the property that guests should be aware of and consider for suitability before choosing to book or visit.
ACCESS BY STEPS

There are four wooden steps to be climbed to access the only door
PARKING

We provide free reserved, level parking for one vehicle approximately 20metres from the accommodation. The route to the hut is by gravel and lawn.

Reversing into the parking space is recommended for a safer exit.
CHILDREN

The hut is not suitable for children under 10 years.
ASSISTANCE DOGS

An assistance dog is welcomed, provided that you bring your own clean bedding and that your dog is kept off the furniture and does not cause any damage. Charges may be levied for any damage caused or excessive cleaning required. Please remember to bring dog poop bags and clear up afterwards.
HEATING

The hut is heated by means of a log burning stove. The surfaces of the stove and chimney become hot with use, so care should be taken.
VISUAL

Care should be taken whilst using the steps to and from the front door. Exterior lighting is provided to light the front door and solar lights illuminate the steps. Please be sure to switch on the exterior light if you anticipate returning after dark.
BEDROOM

We offer one double bed which is accessed from one side only.
WC & SHOWER

An ensuite shower and WC are provided. The shower is not suitable for people with accessibility needs
TV USE

The TV may be tilted as needed and may be switched to show subtitles.
